SCP Solar and Green Construction is located in Fair Oak, CA and services the entire Sacramento Valley and its surrounding counties. SCP Solar and Green Construction is a licensed General “B” Contractor, a C-46 Solar Contractor, and the only D65 Weatherization and Energy Conservation Contractor in the Sacramento area.
The company was first licensed in 2005 under the name of Steve C. Parsley Construction. The name was changed in 2009 to reflect our business practices and re-incorporate the solar and green construction focus of the company.
Steve Parsley, the owner of SCP Solar and Green Construction, has been professionally building since 1996, with even more years of building projects under his built while serving in the military and law enforcement before that. Steve grew up in Fair Oaks, attending Harry Dewey Elementary, Will Rogers Jr. High, Del Camp High School and American River college.
The phrase “Our Family Building for Yours,” came from Steve hiring family members to help with jobs.
Steve enjoys creating relationships with customers and educating them on how to cut their energy bill. His goals are to save people money on their project and their energy bills and benefit the environment (or maybe just save the world).
